I need to make a communication board for my grandmother.? - picture boards for stroke victims

She had a stroke and can not speak. Does anyone know a website that can go shoot a message card. She is not giving up the letter. I thought I could show the pictures.

I'm an editor Gilbert Guide (the most important resource for all the attention on high.) My grandmother was recently in the hospital for heart problems and was unable for a while because of the speech his tracheotomy. We have a communication card for it and worked perfectly.
