I have tried to lose some weight and gained 2-3 pounds per week. I eat about 1600 calories per day and not more than 35-40g fat per day. Exercise at least 20-30 per day. Vol.125, amitriptyline and diazepam daily. Can the good of me? I do not understand what I'm doing wrong.
