Maker All Softwell Similar Is It Possible To Edit Video Using Movie Maker Without Removing All Of The Video?

Is it possible to edit video using Movie Maker without removing all of the video? - maker all softwell similar

I recently took a trip to Alaska and some great pictures of the bald eagle, but it was a little sloppy, I shot some pictures and they turned the camera to get a crowd, many action scenes as much as I could.

I want to take all bluryness, but no eagles.

Can Movie Maker?

If not, can someone tell me, a software (for free and immediately available) who will?

I do not think that Movie Maker can do it - so any freeware to improvise over all, but can be around the following website
