The correct spelling: w życiu piękne są tylko Chwila ... which basically means "In life, few moments are beautiful" is like saying "the little things that are most important" in English.

"The only beautiful thing in life are those moments."
Do not listen to me, but I know it is an example of a song. It just means that the only beautiful thing in life all the important moments of life (such as the birth of a child, love, marriage), and not all the other things like money, a position that social power, etc.
