Mustang Intercooler Is It OK To Supercharge A 2005 Ford Mustang GT WITHOUT An Intercooler?

Is it OK to supercharge a 2005 Ford Mustang GT WITHOUT an intercooler? - mustang intercooler

I think buying a 2005 Ford Mustang GT for the data in and charged it. The best compressor for the Mustang GT seems a sort of twin-screw Whipple, which produces about 6 bar is the buoyancy, and thereby improves rear wheel HP at about 405, the rather spectacular. However, this configuration does not come with an intercooled Whipple. My question is, what is "safe" for the screws so much power without an intercooler? Thank you for your answers.

Yes, it is certainly so, but I would not recommend it. I would prefer to pay a little more than a kit with a heat exchanger.

Always remember that the times may be increased under the hood, kill and steal horses. I had to hold a ProCharger intercooler with improved and the time was of the securities under the conditions and make 530 hp at the tires.
There are also settings Whipple Intercooler on the market, but the price for this would be somewhat higher than in non-intercooled. but worthwhile for a kit intercooler.

However, if you have an engine and do not receive an intercooler kit, you have to stay about 5-6 pounds per square inch and not more than 420rwhp. We can also think of the methanol injection, the engine cool and add the horses.

Hope that helps
